Acceptance of Terms

Registration & Account Management

Each player is fully responsible for their own account. It is mandatory to ensure that your patek99 account password is kept secure and not shared with any other party. patek99 is not responsible for any losses arising from unauthorised access due to player negligence.

Deposit & Withdrawal

All financial transactions on the patek99 platform are carried out in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Players are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds belong to them and are not proceeds from unlawful activities.

Withdrawals will only be processed to an account or wallet registered in the name of the same patek99 account holder. patek99 does not accept withdrawal requests to third-party accounts. Any attempt to transfer funds to another person's account may result in account suspension and further investigation.

• All valid withdrawal requests will be processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours
• The withdrawal method must match the deposit method used
• patek99 reserves the right to request additional verification for large withdrawal requests
• Any transaction fees charged by the payment provider are the player's responsibility
• Accounts with suspicious activity may be frozen pending investigation

Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses and promotions offered by patek99 are subject to specific conditions. Players are encouraged to read the terms of each promotion carefully before accepting it. Accepting a bonus is considered agreement to all related conditions.

The wagering requirement means the total amount you need to wager before winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn. Only the bonus amount is subject to this wagering requirement — not your original deposit amount.

• The bonus cannot be claimed by players using a VPN or proxy service
• Games eligible to meet the wagering requirement are subject to a specified list

patek99 offers a VIP programme with five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Each tier provides different benefits including weekly cashback of up to 1.5% for Diamond members. Players can upgrade their VIP tier based on their gaming activity over time.

Player Responsibilities and Conduct

patek99 players are required to act honestly and responsibly at all times. Any form of fraud, malicious collusion, use of automation software (bots) or exploitation of technical vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.

patek99 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these terms. During an investigation, the accounts involved may be temporarily frozen. If a violation is proven, patek99 reserves the right to terminate the account, forfeit winnings obtained through unlawful means, and report the activity to the relevant authorities.

Liability Limitations

patek99 will not be responsible for any indirect losses, loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or any consequential damages suffered by players as a result of using our platform, technical failures, service disruptions, or game outcomes.

• Technical failures occurring during gameplay will be resolved based on verified server records
• patek99 is not responsible for loss of funds resulting from unauthorised access caused by player negligence
• Winnings obtained through technical errors or faulty software may be voided
• patek99 does not bear any liability exceeding the total amount deposited by the player into their account

All games available at patek99 use a random number generator (RNG) that has been certified by an independent third party. The outcome of every game is entirely random and cannot be manipulated by any party, including patek99 itself.

Laws & Dispute Resolution

If an initial resolution cannot be reached, the dispute may be referred to an independent dispute resolution body recognised by patek99's licensing authority. The decision of that body will be considered final and binding on both parties.
